Did You Know? Facts to Cheer You on the Healthy Journey (Part 2)
Welcome to another post from SHE. This is my 25th post and I’m hoping that all my efforts at encouraging you to join the healthy lifestyle party have yielded good fruits. That is what I have hoped for the most. I look back at my journey and wish someone had done this for me.
An important part of healthy living is taking good breaks and SHE wanting to practise what she preaches will be taking a month long vacation to rejuvenate. When I resume, I will let you know if I will continue with the blog as my nine to five job is becoming more demanding.

‘You can not out-exercise a bad diet’. Eat well and live well! I want many encouraging stories in four weeks.
A well deserved break. Thank you for all you do. And for the reminders above which are necessary during this holiday period, we pray for clarity for you to make the right decision about continuing the blog.
