Healthy Lifestyle - A must in a pandemic

Hello everyone! It’s another good day! When will this covid 19 pandemic end? There seems to be no end in sight. This period has brought so much fear, anxiety and pain more than anything I have ever known. How anyone views this times we are in depends so much on their personal experiences and knowledge. We have those who don’t believe it exists because they are yet to know anyone who’s had it and there are some who know its existence too well. There are those who believe everyone should be vaccinated at one end and those totally against it at the other end.   It doesn’t matter to me where you stand in all of these but taking a hold of your health by boosting your immunity is what I think we should all focus on at this time.
