Healthy Lifestyle - Very Well Worth It!
My very dear readers, I really missed you. π I know a lot of you have wondered why I needed three weeks for a one day birthday. Well, I think birthday celebration is one of my innate talents. As long as I can remember, my birthday has always meant the world to me. In fact, anyone who cannot relate to it most definitely cannot be my personal person, if you know what I mean. That important!
As a matter of fact, one of my kids EDD was on my birthday. Hehe, I made sure she came earlier. Imagine sharing my birthday with my daughter , then who will be the hostess when she no longer lives under my roof? No, no, no, that can’t be right as I can bet that I will be expected to make the sacrifice.π
Enough about my birthday, which by the way I thoroughly enjoyed. I have good news! I am happy to announce the launch of “Fit4Kings” . It’s a brand that supplies foods that are definitely good enough for any royal table. As at today, “Fit4kings” supplies Raw Honey, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cakes and Cookies.
Did the cake and cookies surprise you? Well, you are allowed treats and these are made with love using unbleached flour, butter from cow milk and all the best of ingredients.
Another bit of good news! This one double assures me that I’m on the right path; For a while now, I hadn’t checked my blood pressure because I’ve been out of the red zone and as far as I knew, as much as possible, I had been on a healthy lifestyle. Well, for the fun of it, I decided to check and the result was super better than I expected. It was 110/77 at first reading and second was 109/76. Three years ago, it would most probably have been 125/92 at best and five or six years ago, 125/102.
Apart from the fact that I feel well, my BP result makes me want to scream from the mountaintop for everyone to hear it “GET ON THE HEALTHY LIVING PATH ASAP”. Without an iota of doubt in my mind, it is absolutely worth it.
Have you seen a man diligent in his ways? He will prosper. For good quality of life, please get on board this boat and stay the course. The importance of a healthy lifestyle cannot be over-emphasised. When we look after our physical health, we not only feel better and fitter but are more able to cope with life and anything it throws at us.
Healthy living is about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and introducing habits that improve our health. It’s also important to identify our less healthy habits and learn new ones to replace them. Let us keep in mind that the key to developing positive habits that we are more likely to keep is to start slowly.
Change one thing at a time and make them small so they can be kept for the long haul. The effects will not be overnight so consistency is paramount. Try to be flexible, don’t stop anything at once but gradually reduce it and just like building blocks, one block at a time.
Our HEALTH is our best investment ever! Let’s make it count…….
