Who is the She?

Hello everyone, another good day! I can (almost) not believe this is already my third post. It still feels strange that I can be referred to as a blogger from having little or no presence on social media. Oh the foolish things of this world!

Who is the She of Rejuvenated Life by a She? And why does she feel compelled to share information on healthy lifestyle?

My name is Titilola. I am neither a Nutritionist nor do I have or am i working towards a qualification in a food related course.

I am your regular girl next door who had High Blood Pressure(HBP) and ate her way back to good health. I went through the motions of being warned to watch my blood pressure (I could not relate to it), to suffering from tension headaches, to being told point blank that I was headed towards a heart attack or stroke.

Well the possibility of a stroke sure got my attention , especially as I had started losing my memory (which was my most valuable asset at a point in time),  vision had become more impaired (I've been wearing glasses like forever), hair fell out, skin aged and energy was almost non-existent. Even my smooth face joined the party. And that is how my journey of a healthy lifestyle kicked off. It has been about six years and very much worth every while. And now most of my symptoms are either gone or almost gone.

Facts

I am not writing as an expert but as a woman sharing her experience of what has worked and is still working for her. Therefore, do not expect big terms or academic explanations. You will do well to check out some of the things you read here. That is how I learnt a whole lot.

Who am I?

I am a doctor by virtue of being born to Two Medical Doctors.

I am old in thought, experience and knowledge because I lived with my grandparents for a decade.

I am a teacher because I was nurtured by two Professors.

I am an authority in Childcare as `I have spent the last sixteen years of my life in that field.

And lastly, I am a “Die Hard”, rugged to the core girl by virtue of being born and raised a Nigerian.

I know today was meant to be on dinnerware but I just needed to get this out of the way. I will post on dinnerware next week.  See you soon.

                                                                                                                                          Live Well!
